This company has done crap business. Sold a dump trailer with frozen and busted pipes. We had to replace every single pipe. It's been well over a year ago, they never even once tried to make a attempt to make it right. Factory Direct lacks business ethics. A month and and half later they finally get the skirting done. Neither stove or fridge work as they claimed they did. Two of the ceiling fans of three didn't work. They never come to re level trailer as promised. post edited. my post was made in a moment of sheer frustration. nic bill AMD the guys are great. they really are. I had been working out of town working 12s and before I left I had to reinstall the dishwasher because it was installed incorrectly using the wrong hardware, not their fault. I had also reset and shimmed the back door, due to settling I'm sure, again not their fault. then I returned home last night and when my girls turn on their bedroom light it throw a breaker, not their fault. the 19 nails below shingle line, ... read more
Honestly our experience was a bit stressful however Nic, Bill and the whole crew made everything amazing. They all went above and beyond our expectations and we are both so grateful. We now have our forever home. Thank You to our new found friends @ Factory Direct.
My husband and I purchased our 1st home in September 2018. We went through Nic Criswell. It was an awesome experience he sat down with us and explained everything and the movers were awesome got our the previous trailer that was on our property moved (used as trade in) and our beautiful new home in. Everything went smooth and had a few things like a water leak with our washer called Nic the plumber came out within an hour or less of me calling them. Got it all fixed!
