Bill, Pam and Nick are FANTASTIC!!! These guys WORK to make sure you don't have to do a lot of work to get your home delivered, set and moved into! We were so pleased with the quality of the home, the coordination of all the contractors to get the job completed and all the hard work the staff at Factory Direct Homes did to pull it all together! Nic Criswell helped us from the start of the process, and walked us through every step. He helped us through every bump in the road that he could! Unfortunately we had a financial situation come up, and were unable to close on the home we fell in love with! Nic treated us like family!
