We ordered drapes for our family room, they were absolutely beautiful! We loved them so much, that we decided to order additional ones for our formal dining room and living room as well. All of the drapes that we received were of very high quality and were shipped folded perfectly wrapped in tissue paper and had little ties on each panel. We took them out of the box , they were wrinkle free and ready to be hung. We love this company! ! We would highly recommend them! !
I don't think it's really possible to do online orders anymore. The website(s) are down. We were told they were completely overbooked last fall, but if I was willing to wait, they would do my order. I did, and they did. Like the other person says, well packaged and good workmanship. They are probably going for more contract and local biz at this point. Placed an order. Waited the required 8 weeks. Have tried chat, phone, and email to no avail. Been three months now and have had to file complaint with credit card company. Stay away from this outfit.
I have ordered from Factory Direct Drapes twice over the last few years. Orders were received with no problems. Excellent manufacturing quality and fabric was exactly as sample supplied. I will be ordering 30+ rooms of drapes for my hotel in the next few months. I had an extensive conversation with Tarmn today who provided excellence customer service concerning all my questions and requests for additional samples. Don't deal with this company. When you have a problem, they will not respond to emails or phone calls. "Lifetime Warranty!"? Sure, if you can ever get hold of them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE after they have your Money!!
