RecommendedMy Bosch dishwasher had a power problem, so I called Bosch customer service and they gave me the names of four companies in Houston that could do warranty service work. I set up my appointment with Factory Appliance Service, the technician called the morning of the appointment and arrived when he said he would. My technician, Joe, was clearly familiar with the Bosch products and was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly. I would use them again.
Great experience! Very reasonable pricing. And everyone is professional.
Actually provide the service they say they'll provide. They came out and charged $95 to give a repair estimate and never provided the estimate. We have called numerous times and been told "we’ll call you right back with the estimate" and they never do…but they sure cashed the $95 check!
