VERY poor patient service-NO response to calls I visited for the first time and had basic foot review. I was pressed very hard to purchase orthotics. Cost was of just shy of $500.00 without the cost of the visit. The product was delivered to me after much delay. Went to pick up and they handed me a plastic bag with orthotics that did not begin to fit my shoes. Called office 4 times and asked for assistance to obtain proper sizing and was told I had to trim myself or make an appointment for another $100.00+. Asked for Dr. Ric... read more
Love Dr. Amy I went to Dr.Amy Richardson this past summer to have my 30+ year old orthotics replaced. She was great. She was able to do the exam and make the molds all in a single visit and then order the orthodics promptly and I love them. I was very impressed. And her staff was wonderful as well. I am recommending Dr. Richardson to 2 of my friends who have an immediate need to see a Podiatrist. I know they will be happy with the care they get from her.
