My name is Andy. A month ago I came to factor, my normal Salon and I was very upset because the manicurist made me bleed on several fingers but because most of the time my service is good I decided to give factor another chance. I came back today just for a pedicure. The person who did my pedicure was a little rough, but I was overall satisfied with the experience. I had a great experience today. I got the luxury pedicure. Anne was amazing. The massage was wonderful. I also got a glass of complimentary wine
Nail polish is old. Asked for rounded nails - got square instead. Not even at that.
It’s Christmas Eve so of course there was a wait, but everyone was so kind and efficient. David is great. And my nails look awesome!
Although I live on the other side of town, this is basically the only place where I’ll get my acrylics done! This is the ONLY place where my nails last without much breakage or falling off. On top of that, they’re very kind and professional. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and they’re the best place I’ve been, hands down!
