This place came up on my insurance’s in-network list and had a 5/5 review on google, so I went in feeling pretty hopeful. The doctor was gruff but nice, but the office itself raised a lot of concerns. Honestly, if I had been there for something minor, I probably would’ve walked right back out the second I stepped in. The waiting room was covered in a layer of grime, the exam chair was held together with duct tape, and the office smelled like cigarette smoke. Dr. Fackenthal is a good, kind and gentle man who genuinely cares about his patients. His wife-as his assistant is also just as kind-wonderful couple. . He took good care in the cleaning and scaling of my teeth. No cavities!!! This was my first visit but I plan on continuing with his care. I am very satisfied with my visit & care.
Dr. Mike has taken good care of my teeth for many, many years. I've had no cavities for as long as I've been seeing him twice a year. Thanks Dr. Mike!
