Had her as my Divorce lawyer. She did a fantastic job.
An understatement to say Nicole Facio is extremely unprofessional and undeserving of her role as an attorney. She represented a close friend in a high conflict custody case and deliberately did not communicate with him while billing him over $5000. There were no actionable items she accomplished outside of answering emails my friend sent, sometimes responding 2 weeks tardy and essentially billing him for her ineptitude. She helped her client lying. No work ethic.
She didn't fight at all for me and I had to fire her after the first meeting with out two lawyers. I would never recommend ever getting her, she was even joking with the immediater during our time we went to meet.
