First off, my esthetician was very nice and the facial was pretty good, aside from the fact that it was a disappointing 30 mins long. Granted, I was 5 minutes late, but still paid for the hour. Secondly, I am paying an exorbitant amount for a relaxing service and someone, I’m guessing a manager, was talking loudly outside the room and complaining about supplies etc which was really distracting and unprofessional.
