Professional and efficient!
My visit with Dr. Deng on September 24th went well. I met with her to transfer my care to her, as my former primary physician, Dr. Leshan, had retired. Also, I had a physical exam, as I was overdue for having one. Dr. Deng was kind and informative, and she answered all of my questions. Always professional and nice to deal with.
Facey has been great: our PCP Dr Jody Levy, super nice, thorough goes over all our blood test listens to us. Her office staff is very efficient and professional as well. The referrals to other specialist has been great and responsiveness of questions or prescription requests on the app has been pretty prompt. The only issue we’ve experience with Facey was setting up an appointment with colonoscopy. Had to follow up 4 times to get a call back
