I had a difficult removal of my antique band. Lots of time and toil,on a hot day. I am looking forward to my refurbished rings!
I DO like shiny things! So happy I found Rob and Sue at Facets. They are such a pleasure to work with and as skilled professionals they are the perfect people to consult for anything you want to know or do with your jewelry. Highly recommend them!!!

Sue and Rob did an incredible job with my new wedding ring set! After I lost my wedding ring/band, I had no idea how to replace such a loved ring. I came into their store having no idea what I wanted and they were so kind and patient with me! Now that I have my new ring, I know it is exactly what I wanted and am so pleased with their work! Go see them, they know exactly what they are doing. I will definitely be going back for more jewelry in the future. :)

Sue did such an amazing job!! My fingers are small and difficult to fit, but she helped create a gorgeous ring that is both unique and classy. Loved working with her and Rob and highly recommend them!

Facets is such a lovely Jewelry Studio. Sue and Rob make you feel special when you go in there. They never pressure, they just allow you to browse and try things on and of course you always end up finding something because their stuff is so unique, beautiful and of high quality.
