RecommendedBig thank you to the husband/wife duo at Facets. She custom made my ring to fit my mother’s and grandmother’s pieces to create a style of my own, but also, was able to order my fiancé’s ring last minute (because I procrastinated) and get it in before the wedding. She is truly an artist in her craft and I’d highly recommend her for all jewelry!

Sue is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and does fantastic work! I love taking my jewelry to her and purchasing from there is always a delightful experience. I would go as far to say they are the best place to make a jewelry purchase in southern Oregon. They also will help hand select the perfect diamond or stone from one of their trusted vendors.
Sue has made repairs to existing jewelry, led me to gifts chosen from catalogs, helped my son find the right ring for his bride and I plan on having a new ring made using diamonds from an existing piece. Love everything about this business.
