Not only did they create my beautiful ring but 3 years later I stopped in to have the prongs checked, they didn't even ask my name or look me up I. The computer they just took the ring, on the spot tightened a prong and cleaned it. No wait, the owner even stood and chatted with us while they looked at it. BY FAR BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Customer for life- thank you!!
