I had a 10 year anniversary pin made into a custom gents ring for a birthday gift. The staff did the impossible. I needed it in less than a week with a holiday thrown in just to thicken the plot. They called me 3 days early with the completed product. The recipient of the ring was able to wear it to his 1 Million Mile dinner and this was termed and I quote "the best birthday ever" by the 49 year old. Thanks for exceeding all expectations.

You ruined a piece of heirloom jewelry by first engraving it incorrectly, then when you attempted to buff it out you thinned the band. Thinned the width!!! How does that even happen? Incompetent staff, that's how!
