I would like to this office this the worst they lied to me for 3 months saying they did a claim for me to get reimbursed from my daughter braces the doctor even lied and said the claim was Put in they never put the claim in and I’m out of $1500 they are rude I have left 13 voicemail thru they answering and still no call back I have documen very call and lie !!BUT DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE GO WHERE YOU ATE TREATED LIKE A PATIENT AND NO LIES

This women Deepa Sheepa(spelling wrong) she has an accent, so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! I had a scheduled appt at 2:30. She left me a voicemail saying she wanted to make sure I was coming because due to weather they were closing. Which is understandable. My issue was she left a voicemail saying she would be in the office til exactly 2:30 if I was coming. The call from her was at 12:56. I called back at 1:08. She then tells me she changed her mind and want to leave. I live and hour away. There was no heads up ho... read more
