Shelly is by far the most qualified esthetician in Spartanburg! Her facials are beyond luxurious, but for a fraction of the cost that you'll pay anywhere else. You feel beyond pampered when you leave her salon! She is the only one I go to. You will not be disappointed and either will anyone you get a gift card for. As a matter of fact they will be forever grateful and will turn into a regular customer!!
