They really made sure that they were always serving their patients and providing them with proper information on the surgery and recovery. I really liked hearing a phone call the day after my surgery to assure that everything was going well.
Would recommend to anyone. Great bunch of people
I was absolutely terrified for this visit. I'm talking grown woman on the brink of tears, anxiety through the roof terrified. Every single employee here made sure I was comfortable and kept me distracted in pleasant conversation until I was out. (Went under for wisdom teeth extraction) The proceedure went smoothly and quickly and before I knew it I was ready to go home. All around wonderful experience for something that can be so scary.
Dr Gray and staff went over all the details of the procedure and answered all of my questions prior. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The office even provided a follow up call after my surgery to make sure I was doing alright and to answer any questions or concerns I had.

The doctor moved too quickly: not allowing the swab of stuff to set in before the needle of novocaine was used. Thanks for listening.
Made me feel very comfortable for not liking Dentists and having had teeth removed at other places that were not very good experiences in the past.I would recommend Face and Jaw Surgery Center to anyone, they are the best!
Everyone here is amazing, from the moment you walk in the door until the minute you leave. I had some anxiety and they addressed my issue and made every effort to make me feel comfortable.
The staff was very caring and courteous. Dr. Bui and the lady assisting him were very kind and explained every little detail about what was to be expected and what they were doing during each step. I definitely was not expecting a call the next morning to check in to see how I was doing. That is the definition of customer care in my mind!
