Made me feel very comfortable for not liking Dentists and having had teeth removed at other places that were not very good experiences in the past.I would recommend Face and Jaw Surgery Center to anyone, they are the best!

Everyone here is amazing, from the moment you walk in the door until the minute you leave. I had some anxiety and they addressed my issue and made every effort to make me feel comfortable.

The staff was very caring and courteous. Dr. Bui and the lady assisting him were very kind and explained every little detail about what was to be expected and what they were doing during each step. I definitely was not expecting a call the next morning to check in to see how I was doing. That is the definition of customer care in my mind!

From scheduling my actual appointment to the appointment itself the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The receptionists were friendly and very informative on what would happen. The nurses assisting Dr. Crago were also nice, Kaycee and Nancy were extremely nice and helpful. Overall, the experience was great thanks to Crago and the nurses.

I had Dr Gray and Katie. Very personable and funny guy . Explained everything wonderfully and thoroughly. Would do it again if I had those two. But rather not.!!
