Went in to remove all 4 wisdom teeth under general anesthesia. My nurse Laine and Heather and Dr. Crago gave me the utmost care and attention and answered all my questions. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable and not rushed at all. I have small veins and they took care of that condition before poking me I was so thankful and and it showed how above and beyond they go. Dr. Gray did an excellent job with extractions. Meeting with the assistant following the procedure was rushed, and we felt like we were handed off to the dentist rather than being able to meet with Dr. Gray. During the original consult, we were told that a form would be sent immediately after the procedure to the dr. giving the extraction clearance. I had reminded staff the day of the procedure. great experience, very professional in and out very quickly.
Everyone at Face and Jaw was amazing! Heather was wonderful at letting me know what was going to happen when I had my dental work done — and also with the follow-up care. Dr.Cargo was amazing and did a great job! He was super friendly and loved to chat about anything! (I LOVED that!) I would DEFINITELY recommend Face and Jaw to anyone who needed oral surgery.
I was super nervous about having my wisdom teeth out but they helped me feel calm and made it as positive an experience as it could be.
