POOR SERVICE – I won a gift certificate to get a facial at Face Place at a charity auction. I made an appointment to get the facial and got stuck at work and had to call and cancel. When I called back to make another appointment they informed me that my gift certificate had been used because I didn't give 24 hours notice. I understand that they require notice but if I could have given more notice I would have. FACE PLACE: BEST DEEP CLEANSING FACIAL I HAVE EVER HAD! – the Face Place. If you want clean, flawless skin, no blackeads and a glowing complection...this is the place. You have to take care of your skin too, of course, but in the 15 years that I have have been going here, I have never found a better cleansing facial. bitchy staff – the girls here are so bitchy.. ugh. ive been working in the beauty industry for a while.. and have seen much of this attitude.. but thats not the way to get clients to return!!
Put your face in the hands of experts and come away blissful. – In Short Though this minimalist, quiet salon is sparsely decorated, its atmosphere is warm and inviting. Since 1972, the Face Place has specialized in one type of facial, and they do it well enough to have thrived on word-of-mouth alone. Blissful clients practically float to the desk to pay for treatments. The philosophy here is that a Face Place treatment is like "going to the gym for your face."
Amazing facial – It was the BEST facial I ever had. I truly look 10 years younger. I have never had so many compliments in my life! The staff is so nice. I couldn't believe I did not even have a mark on my face after the extractions. The Supreme Night Cream that I purchased is my favorite new product.
Amazing!!!! – I have suffered from bad skin and acne my whole life. After my first facial I saw such an improvment in the overall condition of my skin. The staff new everything about different kinds of skin, and thanks to them I finally love my skin. I actually now have people commenting on it condition. The staff is very proffesional, and this is the one salon that allways runs on time. A different kind of facial, but it works. A must for anyone who wants to improve their skins condition!!!

Unbelieveable! – I read the review on here a few months ago about the Face Place. I kept it in mind and when I had time I went there right away. I went with really bad acne, scarring, blackheads, everything gross a woman could have. David was absolutely wonderful. My skin looked great right away!!! I am definitely going there every month from now on. He really pays attention and takes the time to get EVERYTHING out. =)
Without question - the best for skin – I am an extremely fickle consumer, but this place has become one of the reasons I might never leave Los Angeles. No frills, no fancy creams; just a consistently professional, and thoroughly satisfying experience.
