I went through this car wash on August 16th, 2025, when the washer hit my mirror with so much force it broke it! My mirrors are NOT AUTOMATIC and in the 3+ years I’ve owned my car, it’s never happened at any other location. The manager, Chris Stone, was rude and claimed no fault. Still waiting to hear back from corporate! I will never be going back to any Fab Fred ever again. What a joke ;)
The best service ever! My car was so clean I could see myself in it! Thank you Freddy!!
Got a ceramic coating, Alfredo and the general manager Chris make my Toyota look brand new. I will be back with my other vehicle next month
