Been here about 6 times and always get a good deal on the wash- whatever level you may need. The automated wash seems to be fairly gentle on my vehicle and it's nice getting the wipe dry by the attendants at the end.
Most ridiculously poor customer service of my life. I finally gave up and left. The one worker was the slowest moving worker I have ever seen. He took 15 minutes to do the two drinks in front of me. I could have helped myself and 10 customers in the time he took. Then he disappeared and no one knew where he went while the girl at the window just sat there. Like you’d be better off with self service car wash and counter staff because a child could have done better.
I got the VIP package on Monday. While they did a mostly ok job (the windows were not done the best), my main issue is with the fact that they vacuumed around 2 loose rolls of ground turkey rather than telling me about it. The ground turkey had rolled out of the grocery bag on Saturday, which is not their fault, but vacuuming around them, rather than saying something to me, was not cool. I am an avid car washer. Before having my son, I would go weekly if not more just to vacuum the rugs and wipe down the dash. Haven’t been able to go for a while and was so grateful for the team at fabulous Freddy’s for helping get it back in shape. They pay attention to details and made it look brand new. I had them do the VIP service which included a nice wash and shine on the tires for the outside and detailing vacuuming on the inside. went to Fabulous Freddy’s today to get my car cleaned and paid for the VIP package. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel VIP at all. My car now smells when it didn't before , it’s still dirty, and it honestly looks like they didn’t even do their job. I paid $48 for really poor work—never again will I go there.
