I was just there paid $49 for a car wash on my four year-old Denali and they didn’t even bother to vacuum out the back obviously never even opened the back lid. It was covered with leaves from previous adventures. I did that when I got home thanks for nothing
We have been going to Fabulous Freddy’s for ten years. We were always happy with the service. Today was not the case ( Friday, March 21, 2025, around 3 pm.). First off we noticed the help constantly checking their cell phones. The inside cleaning of our car was sloppy. We had them revacuum the back of our car. We noticed a lot of hair still on the front seat floor mats. My husband and I took them over and vacuumed them ourselves. They didn’t wipe down the front seat console. My visit today was amazing. Fabulous cleaning, fabulous customer service, and a fabulous looking car. Took my 1986 Corvette to get cleaned for Spring to surprise my husband when he got home. The corvette ended up running out of gas coming out of the tunnel and they pushed it to a gas pump. After that it started right up. Alfredo, Carter, and Montana were great! So great to see a woman working with all the men!
even with a messy two year old boy they make sure to get all the fries on the floor and fingers on the window. i really appreciate the job they do, and i absolutely love leaving in a clean car. thank you manager Alfredo and Gary falcon.
I paid $200 and I'm very disappointed. The Mats and carpets are clean which is nice but there's some spots on the seats that could have easily we've been cleaned off that were missed, the windows and dash looks like they were done in a hurry and have a lot of streaks looks like the dirt was just moved around. The doors look like they were just wiped down with some product not actually cleaned. And everything smells like cherry when I ask them not to use any air freshener
