Absolutely horrible! I DO NOT recommend stopping here & wasting your time! Not only did we wait forever, they did not have enough decency to come in and let us know our car was "done". After realizing the car was parked, we noticed half the car was still wet and windows had been air dried so it had spots all over them. Inside the car was half wiped down. What a rip off! I went in to get an oil change using my Wasatch savings to save money. I had a $24 oil change coupon. When I got there I was told my car needed special oil and that it was going to cost a little more and I would just need to pay the difference. He said $35 and I clarified so instead of $24 I’ll pay the difference and it will be $35 he said yes. Long story short $66.09 later he tells me it’s $35 on top of the $24. I have been to Freddys many times. However when I paid for Freddys best and got Freddys worst, I was very disappointed. I could and should have done it myself and saved $25. The outside still has bugs allover the front. The lower part of vehicle didn't even get washed. They didn't clean the inside of my windshield nor did they vaccum out the back of my Tahoe. The consel still has spill marks down the driver side. considering it took 45 minutes on a slow Sunday, you would think the car would be gleaming.
Went early this morning to get my car washed, I have the 25 dollars a month pass, I have them drive it through for me. I was so embarrassed this morning when under the clerks breath she said something rude about me, because I have them drive my car though for me. terrible service the boys they just wanted to play grab-ass.. more worried about their tips then doing a good job to get a tip!!
Very dissappointed! Everyone was very friendly. Paid for the full service and tipped 50%. My bad that I didnt check the car first. Got in my car and it barely looked like they vacuumed my car, windows smeared and still bird poop on the window and dash board smearded as well. Worst part, there were no other cars and 6 employees working on my car. As I got in my car noticed everything got out of my car to grab someone and they all ignored me. So i just drove off and figured they lost me as a client.
