Do NOT give this place your business!!! I took my 2008 TT in for an oil change today. An employee named Trevor broke my hood latch off while doing my oil change. He also conveniently didn't mention it until AFTER I paid him. He never once apologized. He refused to take any accountability. All he had to say about it was that it apparently happens ALL THE TIME (He said this over and over and over again). In fact, mine is the second one he has broken just within this month. Was short on time to detail our two vehicles myself by the weekend, so I thought I'd give Freddy's a chance. Ultimately, I'm disappointed and unlikely to return. I hired them for complete interior detailing of both cars, but the attention to "detail" rivals that of a 15yo kid. I was finding wet soggy debris in obvious places that should have been hit with the vacuum. Places like sun visors, arm rests, and door frames that needed a wipe down. Great staff! I have the monthly pass and go several times per week. Love this place. People are nice, they consistently do a great job on my vehicles.
Terrible car wash service today! I m not impressed with service! The only thing good about visit today was my oil change service
Had our car washed a few years ago at Fabulous Freddy's, now that's the only car wash for us!
Avoid at all costs! 20$ was stolen from my car. My fiance took my car to get cleaned on Sunday. He didn't know I have an in case of emergency 20$ bill under the drivers side mat. It was in a place that it could not be unnoticed if you lifted the mat and would not be vacuumed up. When he got home with the cleaned car as a surprise, I immediately checked beneath the mat and the 20$ was gone.
