Today I paid $33 for a car wash and afterwards had to stop at Tagg n’ Go, and wash it again!!! 😡😡 The outside was still dirty in several places. Especially on the lower half of my vehicle. The inside wasn’t much better. Only got my floor mats vacuumed and none of my windows washed. The kid turned on my wipers and didn’t even wipe the windshield off afterward. Seriously disappointed today! You raise your prices while your service declines?!? I’m confused.

Paid more for the tire scrub, and about half the tire got scrubbed.... The exterior of my car still has bird crap on it and they dried the car off by hand. They should have seen that and rewashed it...
I bought a coupon book and finally used the last wash today. I will not be back. The car is never clean and I always have to complain to get it done correctly. The interior is never fully cleaned or vacuumed. Not worth the money spent. Go somewhere else!
I paid for the hand wax and they did not wax the top of my car When i came back and questioned why not the answer was"We usually don't do the top because of the rain. She offered to do it at that moment but I drove of and won't come back. They also did a lousy job wiping the tires and back bumper but I can live with that.
I have been a longer time customer for the last 5 years i was in there at least 2 to 3 times a day up untill the events of this week There is lady that is from "corporate " named Thema that is rude and nasty to everyone customers as well as the staff there she always has a snarl on her mug .... I have become friends with the Staff Nick,Tesha 1 and 2, Jill and Greg as well the new Manger Amy and Andy is just sweet as well... i listen as she snapped at employees in front of customers as well have said hi To her and her just sn... read more
They are unfair to their employees. They had a great manager..Nick Heiner and when he step down they treated him like crap and came up with an excuse to fire him unfairly. I went never go there again and will tell everybody not to go there.
MY first time and people and detailing were outstanding!
they are a great place, the only semi hand wash carwash in town. my only problem is you have to stay on them when you are getting full service, i.e. VIP wash and above. I always have to remind them to clean the chrome rims on my car. It's a constant struggle.
