I've never experience customer service like the way I have with Fabspeed. I ordered a X Pipe for my Cayman from them, which I absolutely love. There was an issue with the new exhaust tips fitting correctly. I sent an email to their customer service email and received a reply from Ted. He went above and beyond to help me out. He shipped me a new set of exhaust tips that fit perfectly and transform the rear end of the car. I can't recommend this company enough. I give them a 12/10! Great staff and great products!

The only thing I regret about getting a Fabspeed exhaust is waiting a year to do so. I bought a 2019 NSX and put aftermarket downpipes on them and it greatly changed the exhaust note. I thought it was good until I heard a Fabspeed exhaust in person. I immediately ordered one and got it rather quickly. It is everything that my car was missing. The sound is insane and I’ve fallen in love with my car all over again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I had inquired to Fabspeed about building me the super cup exhaust system for my 981 Porsche Cayman S without resonators, which I inquired/paid/communicated before and after, exclusively through email with one of the sales people, and not on the website. I asked specifically before purchase if this would be too loud; or get me pulled over and be drivable. BE WARNED, this company does NOT stand behind their products. Purchased a cat back exhaust system for my Porsche. Within one year, one of the tips came clean off on the road. FabSpeed blamed my Porsche Service Dealer for not installing correctly and refused to cover my expense for the new part. When I received the new tip which had been redesigned over the last year, it did not match the other original tip, so I had to purchase a second tip as well.
