I bought a Fabspeed X Pipe for my 2011 Audi R8 4.2. The build quality looked like a piece of artwork and the sound was out of this world. Really made my car sound the way it looked. BADASS! The switchable system offered 2 distinct sounds. Wide open it sounded like a Euro NASCAR engine and valves closed it had a more subtle, exotic pitch. Put their cat back system on my 2001 Boxster S, love the sound it makes. Fitment was perfect. Has been about a year and the black chrome finish on the tips looks as good as new. The quality is worth the price. Go for it.
Nice performance part
I received an email from Fabspeed asking me to post a review of my experience and so I will do so - it was terrible. Neither I nor my dealer will ever buy from them again. I bought some Fabspeed chrome exhaust tips from my dealer and they tarnished so i asked for them to be replaced but Fabspeed said no. I then mentioned my experience on a thread on Rennlist and Fabspeed contacted me and offered to replace them. Excellent experience all the way around from the initial call to the unboxing - product first impression. Product was as advertised and fit perfectly and sounded great. All thought it was only a fresh set of exhaust tips for my 2014 Cayman, I was treated as if i were doing a total tune on a Lambo spending big $$$ - loved it! Recommended !
