Excellent customer service ! Communication was terrific ! Everyone I spoke with was every knowledgeable and professional !!!
Patrick was really helpful and friendly, spoke with him on the phone. We ended up going somewhere else for our rental this time around but I definitely will be working with these guys in the future because the customer service was top notch.
Fabick Cat in Rolla has been the number 1 best equipment rental shop for us for about a year now. Jeremiah and Jamie in the office have been the best to work with. Ben, their field tech. is absolutely top notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
