terrible service where do you hire these mechanics from
The absolute worst part department i have seen in my life. 9 out of 10 times you get the wrong parts!! also i have had them bill me 2 times for the same parts!! This time they billed me for 9 parts and only sent 3 then nobody can answer the phone. call cat in Eau Claire and save yourself the headache
Charging more than what was originally quoted for just to have a machine brake aka change oil in hydraulic tank an left drain plug loose causing all hydro fluid to go all over a customers yard big thanks
Brought my machine in. The guy who came out LITERALLY never said a word. He just played with some machine that looked like a large blackberry device. Spoke with service Ryan, briefly. Got a quote. I said do it. When I received my invoice. It was more than Double the quote. Without a phone call authorization to proceed. They just did it. I paid the bill . I have not worked this machine at all.
