Unfortunately, similar to some other experiences... Terry was recommended by the neighborhood group so we used his services to try and address some leaks in our home by replacing our roof. The roof that was installed earlier this year leaked... and even after coming back to apply silver coat and fixing the cracks it continues to leak (in order to honor the 10 year warranty). Fabian was recommended to me by a close friend. I called him and asked him to come out and take a look at my roof. He did come out and took pictures of my roof and gutters. He sent pics to me and stated he could do the work. He called me repeatedly to tell me about jobs he was doing all around philly area and wanted to hurry and do my job. Disappointing is the best way to describe how our experience with Fabian Roofing TL/DR: Nice guys but didn't actually do the work and became rude when refund requested. Before I get in to the whole story, if they respond their shtick will be "well we said we could not fully guarantee this", however when a professional states "This is what I would do if this was my house.", normally you take their advice. John Fabian is one of the Fabian brothers in Fabian Brothers Roofing, Siding and Gutters. He also works on his own but is currently "in hiding" because he's taken money (many thousands of dollars) without performing services for me and a number of other clients. A complaint was filed with the Pennsylvania Attorney General, which he's failed to respond to. He makes big promises but I learned the hard way that he's dishonest and is not a competent contractor. Homeowners beware!

Excellent job been using they guys since 2015
