Receptionist were unprofessional and rude.
I saw Dr. Fabi as a kid and just recently took my 4 year old to see him. She is usually scared of men she doesn't know and she LOVED him. She actually went with him to get her quick retina scan, while I got mine with someone else in the next room. I was expecting intense screaming and crying, but she was happy and content when I was finished with mine. She talk about how nice her Dr. Friend was and wanted to go back when we left. Friendly, fast service. First optometrist with staff that actually warned me about the care needed for glasses with lenses that have special coating (anti glare and UV).
