My fiancé and I were in-between housing and could only be a member of F45 Windham for a short time. After 3 months, it was one of the hardest goodbyes to such an amazing community and coaching staff. Their energy everyday was great. Classes were well run and they push you to meet your personal goals. Even in the few short months of being there, I feel like my strength and endurance improved drastically compared to other classes I’ve taken. F45 has been the best experience in a gym in a long time. The community in itself is awesome, with fun challenges hidden through your time that helps bring some more competitiveness while getting in a workout. They pushed me to be the best version of myself and I truly am so thankful for this gym!!!
Fantastic coaches whose enthusiasm and motivation are like no other gym in the area! The sense of community and the friendships keeps me coming back everyday. The classes are challenging and the variety of the stations is great! Highly recommend F45 Windham!❤️
