I absolutely LOVE F45 South Keller. The trainers, the workouts, the playlists, the class times- all top tier.
F45 makes great use of time, space, and equipment to generate an extremely effective workout. The have a good array of equipment which affords a wide variety of exercise options with limited pieces of bulky equipment! The technology is a fabulous motivation to ensure proper execution and class continuity (along with the great coaches who keep you on your toes). And they cram this all into a very compact 45 minutes! Very well done!
Excellent gym with fantastic trainers and well-structured guided workouts. It can get a bit crowded at times, but overall, it's a great place to stay fit and motivated!
Love F45! This is the second location I have attended (FloMo is my main gym). Experienced the same encouraging coaches, challenging workouts, and team environment I've come to appreciate.
