RecommendedI highly recommend F45 Central Boulder!! The workouts are different, and very challenging, everyday. The trainers are continuously encouraging you to work harder and improving form. It’s truly been the best gym I’ve ever joined!

Not only are the workouts incredible, but the community, trainers and owner truly invest in your physical and mental health. They had adapted their time and workouts during this pandemic. RecommendedF45 Central Boulder has become a part of my regular routine. Going to the gym, having your workout setup for you with TV's demo'ing the workouts as you work through the stations, working out with other like-minded people, and it only being 45 minutes.
