My husband and I worked out at F45 Naples during a recent visit and had a great experience. The coaches were enthusiastic and knowledgeable with infectious energy. I especially loved the DJ. F45 is such a fun workout with great variety Classes fly by! We'll definitely return next time I'm in Naples.
