I can honestly say I LOVE F45 and this is the only gym that has kept me looking forward to each session and make me want to attend every day. When you are having a bad day, this is the place to go for a great workout along with some laughs (not something you can normally say about a gym) the community is awesome and the friendships I have made are great, not only from those that attend the evening classes but also those you see when coming or going from a class.
