I LOVE this gym. I lost weight, grained strength, and made some great friends! #F45forlife!! I highly recommend trying it out.
Never have I ever looked forward to an ass whooping! This place right here is so worth it! Sang and Mel push you every step of the way and when it's over, you can't help but feel refreshed, alive and accomplished!
I love this place. It's a great workout that will push you to your limits but also makes the time fly by. The owners, Mel and Sang, are phenomenal and care about the success of each member. Class size makes it feel like you are getting personal training (and makes it impossible to hide and slack in the crowd). It is well organized and very motivating.
