Sang, Mel, and Jordan are not only the absolute best personal trainers I’ve met, but some of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. After being bored at Orangetheory and getting tired of the monotonous treadmill, rower, and weight workouts, I tried F45 thinking I was gonna hate it. I was so wrong. I was blown away.
