I've been looking for a gym for the past 2 years and I finally found it! The coaches at F45 are helpful but will also challenge you to keep you motivated. The atmosphere is fun and friendly!
Get ready to sweat! The workout circuits are great and give you full body exercise. Sang, Melinda, and the coaches are very helpful throughout the training and make sure you are exercising with proper form. There isn't any intimidation and great for all fitness levels. The best part about F45 is the quick changes in different workouts. You never get bored! It's high intensity so get ready to work hard! I took the Saturday Hollywood class and it was amazing. Sang, Melinda and their staff made sure every member had a great experience. There was a lot of energy, everyone was working hard to achieve there goals and everyone was smiling. If you are tired of your current gym, come try out F45 Kings Ridge you will love it!
