Solid business, training and burn. Good challenge!
One of the best F45s I’ve been to. Challenging workouts and coaches always know how to tweak workouts to make them harder for you. I learned a lot here on deadlifting and squatting form. Every one of the coaches is excellent, friendly and professional. Ownership and management want to get to know you on a first name basis. Lots of events outside of the gym and feels like a family here.
If you're looking for a place to start, restart, or to level up your fitness journey... F45 Kapolei West is the place to be. It doesn't matter whether you're 20something or 50-60 something (yes... we have members of that age).. beginner or "advanced", you're guaranteed to have a great workout. The community of members and the relationships that I've built are what inspired me to keep coming back for 3 years now.
