No matter your age, ability, or strength level, F45 is for everyone. This workout will keep you healthy, toned, fit, motivated, and happy. I have bounced around to many different kinds of gyms but this is my final home. In addition to physical health, the coaches (Taylor, Natalie, and ty) and the members community are welcoming and positive. This is a key part of my morning routine to set my day off right!
You will NOT find a more tolerant and caring gym! They truly meet their members where they are-whether it's running a few minutes late for a class or you forgot your hair tie and water bottle! The owners AND coaches work out right beside you! The format is a fantastic blend of cardio and strength, with no workout the same. If you're looking for a local, family owned business-look no further!
You will love this place!!! 1. The staff are so personable, real and kind. However, they still cheer you on and challenge you, which is awesome. 2. I love that you can walk in and you don’t have to make another decision in your day. Everything is set up for you. They tell you what to do, you get your workout in, and out you walk. 3. Gym is very clean and easy to follow equipment. 10 out of 10 :)
