the staff at F32 photo is amazing there customer service is spot on I have never had any problems with anyone. Matt who works up front is the go to person if you have any questions at all about your equipment. He has helped me out more than I can count
Graduation invitations were fantastic!!! They were extremely patient with myself and daughter while deciding which of the many we liked. On top of that....the small little details and changes I suggested- they complimented my thoughts instead of condemned my ideas and 'pickiness'. �. That is huge as a consumer!
I've taken numerous old WW2 photographs containing family for restoration/reprinting and I'm truly amazed at the great work f/32 does! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Something came up last minute and I was unable to drive the one hour to Knoxville to pick up lenses I had rented so I canceled the rental. Owner refused to refund over $100 deposit I had made, even after I explained the situation with the staff. Clearly customer service is not their top priority, but hey, I'm glad I could donate over $100 to their bank account.
Visited F32 today for their camera cleaning event. Very friendly helpful people. April was wonderful and they accommodated me coming from out of town. I also snatched up a used D7100 they had in the store. I plan on going back soon.
