These individuals operate with a level of negligence and dishonesty that should disqualify them from being hired under any circumstances. They came onto my property, misdiagnosed the issue, and then proceeded to cause unnecessary damage while trying to justify more work. They cut into a wall for no reason, that sawed through another wall and broke tile on the opposite side.
