Wonderful people and great service! Even though I was late for my appointment, they still found time to do my eye exam. They even took the time to help me pick out glasses and get them ordered, even though it was after hours, and did that with a smile. Would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!
This was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had in my 41 years of living! Dr Jones was very prompt in seeing me and she explained everything she was doing so I could follow along. When she was fitting me for contact lenses, she tested my eyes again with the contacts in to make sure they were the right prescription for me. No other optometrist has ever done that for me. Second year my daughters are seen by Dr. Jones and we F.Y. Eye Care! Staff is friendly, Dr. Jones is caring and really takes the time to explain everything. As a parent, I trust Dr. Jones and F.Y. Eye Care completely!
I just want to give a shout out to F.Y. Eye care, they took care of my son a couple of weeks ago when we thought he may need glasses. They were so friendly and professional. And Tim, the guy who fitted Bentley for his glasses made us laugh. Dr. Jones was also so kind. Bentley had a great experience here and I wanted to share.
