I have lived in this condo for 8 years. The last 2 years have been abysmal. They have not cut the grass yet this year. It is 6 inches long and it's mid May . Last year they waited 8 weeks and I finally had to call them to cut the grass. Snow removal is slipshod at best!! When I send an email or a text, there is no acknowledgement that it was received or acted upon. They are not organizing monthly meetings nor AGMs in the last 2 years. There is no communication except the annual budget with the increased fees.

Possibly the WORST company (in any industry) that I have ever worked with and somehow they've been approved to "manage" money. When I lived in a condo "managed" by these people I had to fight for every little thing, including those things that were mandated by the status certificate. When I moved, instead of doing their job and stopping withdrawals from my account, they continued to take money. The worst condo experience you will ever receive. Takes weeks for anyone to respond to phone calls or emails. Do not expect any communication from them. You have to physically go in to their office to even speak with someone. Would give 0 stars if that was even a possibility.

I've left 4 telephone message to replace my building key and mail key, no one responds, tried to email but the email on the website doesn't work. Glad I'm just moving out this month, nothing but Hassels. Also rude in the letters left in the building centering certain families out.
