UPDATE: The office manager must have read this review, because she called the next day to apologize profusely for this error, explaining what happened on their end and how they're going to all learn from it. She is going above and beyond to make things right, so I'm changing my rating from one star to four. And apparently the Cumming office is about to experience some changes in procedures and in office space, which could be good, too. This place is SO frustrating. Dr. Tugbiyele and his nurse are great, but I am starting to conclude that it's not worth the frustration and hassle to try to be seen in the Cumming office. First of all, the appointments are not easy to make, with the different locations having different staff and different hours, and none of them seeming to communicate with each other very well. BEST DOCTOR EVER!!! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He is so kind and caring. Really listens and explains things, doesn't talk down to you, or pressure you to make medical decisions quickly like every other surgeon I've met. He clearly explains everything going on, will even show you pictures and diagrams and explain everything that's going on, as well as everything that they could do to help you. There are not enough words to tell you what a wonderful, kind, caring and thoughtful man & Dr., that Dr. Tugbiyele is.
