they were very unprofessional. I was referred by my doctor because I have an eye infection. I walked in filled out the proper paperwork gave them my primary and secondary insurance cards. they threw the secondary insurance card back on the counter and said they only accept one. then they wanted me to sign a piece of paper saying it's my responsibility to get reimbursed for my secondary insurance. I explained to them I'm not signing it. take out the office manager. he told me if I didn't sign it I would have to leave and the ... read more
dr. cox and dr. de bartolo are excellant eye care doctors. they have taken care of my eye problems to date. I am having some difficulties lately and have been going to dr.cox and I am sure he will solve my recent problems
