they were very unprofessional. I was referred by my doctor because I have an eye infection. I walked in filled out the proper paperwork gave them my primary and secondary insurance cards. they threw the secondary insurance card back on the counter and said they only accept one. then they wanted me to sign a piece of paper saying it's my responsibility to get reimbursed for my secondary insurance.
