Moshe was incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. He helped us out of a bind when our AC stopped working and we were passing through Adelaide. I spent a few hours trying to diagnose my air con problem myself. The compressor clutch was engaging, the condenser looked fine, everything seemed to be in check.
