I buy e-liquid almost weekly from ezVapors as well as several starter kits since late last year (2013). Although 2 kits had defective batteries that were out of warranty, the owner (Julie) replaced both items free of charge. She even threw in a free AC wall charger worth over $10 on one occasion. Best of all, Julie bends over backwards for her customers by doing extraordinary favors that go way beyond the call of basic business duty.
