Friendly, easy to approach and willing to settle as needed. Traveled 45 miles to them after internet search. Called twice, night before and day of requesting choice to remain. Assured, request met. Car was quite clean on inside, request outside be washed. Again, request met. Online price quite lower than similar available. When contacted as to any specific problem, dealership replied openly.
