Well, Public Storage, I do love your app and the easy of navigating things online, but I’m never using it again. Kim at Red Branch is the absolute best. Completely customer first. Not sure if I’ve ever received better service in there. Had an issue earlier this week, went in, spoke to Kim and everything was taken care of within minutes with complete ease and satisfaction.
